Apploi Hire now allows you to add multiple job titles and job descriptions to a single job post. These variations will automatically rotate over time when published to supported job boards.
This feature helps keep your postings fresh, improve organic visibility, and reduce the need to manually recreate similar jobs. It rotates every 31 days by default unless specified otherwise.
Why Use Job Rotation?
Job boards may prioritize newer or refreshed content in search results. By rotating titles and descriptions, you can:
Keep postings from appearing stale
Improve candidate engagement
Test different messaging and titles
Maintain visibility without creating duplicate jobs
