A job that is "published" in Apploi is live and open for applications! It is distributed to the job boards Apploi partners with, including Indeed and ZipRecruiter, and will appear on your company's website if you are using the Apploi Website Snippet

Publishing A Job

To publish a job, navigate to the Unpublished tab and find the job you wish to publish. From there, click on the three dots that correspond with the job and click the Publish option that appears.

When the pop-up window appears, click Yes, Publish.

You'll then see the job in the Published tab with the published date showing.

Unpublishing A Job

If you no longer need to collect applications for a job, simply unpublish the job. Take the same steps as before by clicking on the three dots and clicking Unpublish.

Unpublishing a job makes it inactive and removes it from job boards. You'll no longer be able to collect applications for the job, but you'll maintain the history and applications that have been previously collected.

Archiving Jobs

If you want to unpublish a job while also archiving all applicants on that position at the same time, you may choose the Archive option.

Bulk Updates

If you have multiple jobs that need to be published or unpublished at once, you can make these updates in bulk. To do this, either click the checkbox next to the # Jobs section to select all jobs, or check off the jobs individually.

Once done, you'll the globe icon appear above the list of jobs. Once you click the globe icon and click Yes, this will publish or unpublish multiple jobs at once.
