Running background checks with Sapphire

Don't have enhanced background checks enabled yet? Contact your Customer Success Manager today! Make sure you have an account with Sapphire Background Checks as well.

Once your organization is ready to complete a background check for a candidate, follow the steps below:

  1. Navigate to the candidate's profile and change their status to "Ready for Background Check," which can be found under the "Offer" stage:

2. Once that status is selected, a new screen will appear asking you to select the appropriate package:

**Note: These packages are set up directly with Sapphire before the integration**

3. Once the package(s) are selected, click on "Start Background Checks," and an email will be sent to the candidate to get the process started.

4. Once the candidate completes the information, their status will change to "Background Check Complete" and their results will be available via the Documents Tab:
