Important: the Users and Access section is only available to Super Admin and Admin users in Apploi. If you are a Member, these steps won't apply!
The Users and Access section of Apploi shows you the list of users who have access to the account and which jobs they’ll be able to see when they’re logged in. Take a look at the highlights below to see which other actions can be taken from the Users and Access page.
Add New Users
To find the Users Page, click on the Settings icon, then click Users, under Company.
If there is a user that you would like to give access to Apploi, you can add them by clicking on the Add User button on the top right corner of the page.
From there, you'll fill out the user's name, email address, and role type. Once you click Add User, the user will receive an email with instructions to set their password for Apploi.
Assign Users to Jobs
If you would like to assign a user to a particular job, click on Job Access. From here, you can select the jobs that you would like to assign the user to by switching the toggles on and off.
Edit User Information
If you are a Super Admin in Apploi, you’ll also have the option to edit a user's information by clicking the Pencil icon that appears to the right of the user’s name.
You’ll be able to edit the user’s name, email address, or user role.
Reset Passwords
In the event that a user forgets their own password, they can reset from the login screen by clicking Forgot Password and following the prompts to reset.
Admins cannot reset users' passwords for compliance and security reasons. They must be reset by the user themselves.
