Adding A User to Multiple Locations

Does an existing user need access to a new facility? Learn how to assign a user to more than one location

If you manage multiple facilities or locations in Apploi, you're able to give users access to more than one of those locations.

First, make sure that the user has access to Apploi. If they do not currently have access, you can add or invite them.

Once you can confirm the user has access to Apploi, navigate to the Users page from the Settings page.

This will bring you to the full list of users in your account. Click on the Add User button on the top right corner of the page.

Once the Add User form appears, click on the From Another Team tab. Select the individual user that you would like to add from the dropdown and then select the User Type from the dropdown. Click Add User to update the settings in the system.

After adding a user, make sure to assign them to the jobs that they'll need access to.

Keep in mind: only users with Super Admin or Admin level of access to the account have the ability to add users.
