After creating a Job you will notice that 0/1 filled out is listed to the right of New and Total.

If you click where it says 0/1 Filled for this examplethis screen will slide out to the right of your screen.

Note: In the future, whether it says 0 of 1 Filled or 3 of 11 Filled, you can still click there to edit openings.

On that new pop-up on your right, you will notice a button that says Edit Openings. Click on that button to edit the number of openings for this position.

Next window will show you two things:

The Position you are adding opening to

A + and - symbol allows you to add or remove openings. For example, for this RN position, how many RN openings do I need to fill for this role?

After I have my Full Time AM openings listed, I can click Add Opening Type if I also want to add Full Time PM openings if I have different shifts I need filled for the same job posting.

From there, choose the Shift for the opening.

Then, the number of openings.

Once you have filled out all the openings you need, make sure you click Save Changes.

Click the X in the top corner to close out and return to the jobs page.

The last step on the jobs page is to refresh your web browser to see the updated job openings listed as it now says 0 out of 4 Filled!
