If your company currently uses Viventium for payroll (and/or onboarding), follow the steps below to seamlessly transfer your applicants from Apploi to Viventium.
When your company is ready to transfer a applicant from Apploi to Viventium, open the applicant profile on Apploi and select the Integrations tab (located at the bottom of the applicant profile). Then click the Transfer to Viventium button.
Transfer Flow
After clicking the Transfer to Viventium button, a new window will appear (example below). Fill out all information requested and then click the “Save” button. Completing this step will send that applicant’s basic information from Apploi to Viventium.
Please note: if you do not have Viventium Onboarding and are transferring applicants via the Apploi <> Viventium Payroll integration you may see different fields on this page and you will not see a field to enter Onboarding Plan Code.

Onboarding Plan Code
The "Onboarding Plan Code" is set by Viventium and is located under the Setup > Onboarding > Plans tab in Viventium.
Example:
"Onboarding Plan Name (Onboarding Plan Code)"
If you cannot find the Onboarding Plan Code, please reach out directly to Viventium.
Apploi <> Viventium Payroll Transfer Page
Apploi <> Viventium Payroll Integration Documents Requirement
To use the Apploi <> Viventium Payroll integration: applicants must complete a document on Apploi with required fields for SSN, DOB & Gender prior to being transferred.
Your Apploi Customer Success Manager or the Apploi Support team will work with you to set up documents or configure existing documents with the required fields.
Transfer Status
After submitting the transfer request, the transfer status will appear and update on the applicant's profile in the Apploi system under the Integrations tab.
Integration Issues and Support
Company Name/Division is not populating from the dropdown menu: please reach out to your Apploi CSM or the Apploi Support Team for assistance.
Incorrect Onboarding Plan Code: double check that the correct code is being entered in this field.
Unsupported characters in the applicant name fields. If you see non-alphabetical characters: remove by editing the applicant's details and attempt the transfer again.
