Locating and using your Archie public links

The system gives you the option to use public links that can be included into your websites, email communications, and other communication channels. Through these links, external users can make purchases of different elements. As these links are intended for external users, when configuring your different elements, anything marked as "viewable by" or "bookable by" the group users will be visible on these links.

You have the option to enable or disable the links by clicking the switch button located in each link section.

To view these links:

  • Go to "Settings / Integrations / Website"

  • Sign in:

    • Use this link to access your site. It is intended for users who already have an account created.

  • Self Registration:

    • When enabled, this link allows your customers to self-register without needing to make a purchase.

  • Store:

    • Use this link to display all elements under "Billing & products / Plans, products, and passes." Only elements with a "viewable by" setting as "User" will appear here.

  • Conference room:

    • Use this link to book a conference room. Only rooms with customization for Users will be visible here.

  • Workspace:

    • Use this link to book a desk. Only desks with customization for Users will be visible here.

  • Resource:

    • Use this link to purchase a resource. Only resources with customization for Users will be visible here.

  • Office:

    • Use this link to book an office. Only offices with customization for Users will be visible here.

  • Events:

    • Use this link to purchase a ticket for an event. Only events with a "viewable by" setting as "User" will appear here.

Archie tip: You can obtain a link for a specific element by clicking on it, and copying the link generated, this can be used in your website to direct people to this specific element.

  • Tour:

    • Use this link to book a tour based on your tour settings.

  • Lead form:

    • Use this link to submit a lead form based on your lead settings.
