Once you've posted a job on Arena, managing applicants and tracking candidate engagement is simple and streamlined. Arena gives you tools to review applications, monitor interest, and communicate with top candidates—all from one place.


📥 Step-by-step: Managing Applicants

1. Go to your Jobs Dashboard

After logging into your employer account, navigate to the “Jobs” tab and select the job post you want to manage.

2. View applicants

Click into your job listing to see a list of all applicants. For each applicant, you can view:

  • Their full profile, resume, and cover letter

  • AI-generated match scores
