I signed up for Arena Pro but it's not showing on my account

Signed up for Arena Pro but not seeing access? Learn what to do if your upgrade isn’t showing.

If you upgraded to Arena Pro but don’t see the Pro features reflected in your account, don’t worry—it's usually able to be fixed immediately. Here’s how to troubleshoot and resolve it.


🔄 Step 1: Log out and log back in

Sometimes your upgrade just needs a refresh.

  • Log out of your Arena account

  • Log back in and check for Pro features (you should see a “Pro” badge or access to premium tools)


🧾 Step 2: Check your payment confirmation

  • Look for a confirmation email or receipt from Arena (or our payment provider)

  • Make sure the payment went through and was not declined or pending

  • If you used Apple Pay, Google Pay, or a corporate card, double-check for any restrictions


👤 Step 3: Clear your cache

  • In most cases, you need to clear your browser cache in order for the Pro features to appear once you upgrade.

Here's how to clear your cache:

Google Chrome (Desktop)

  1. Click the three-dot menu (⋮) in the top-right corner

  2. Go to Settings

  3. Scroll down and click Privacy and security

  4. Click Clear browsing data

  5. In the pop-up, choose “Cached images and files” (you can uncheck others)

  6. Select Time range: “All time” or “Last 7 days”

  7. Click Clear data

  8. Refresh Arena and log back in

Safari (Mac)

  1. Open Safari

  2. Click Safari > Settings (or Preferences) in the top menu

  3. Go to the Privacy tab

  4. Click Manage Website Data

  5. Find and remove “witharena.com” or click Remove All

  6. Click Done, then refresh Arena

Firefox

  1. Click the three-line menu (☰) in the top-right corner

  2. Go to Settings > Privacy & Security

  3. Scroll to Cookies and Site Data

  4. Click Clear Data

  5. Check “Cached Web Content”, then click Clear

  6. Restart the browser and try Arena again

Microsoft Edge

  1. Click the three-dot menu (⋯) in the top-right corner

  2. Go to Settings > Privacy, search, and services

  3. Under Clear browsing data, click Choose what to clear

  4. Select “Cached images and files”

  5. Choose a time range and click Clear now

If you're still not seeing Arena Pro activated, reach out to us directly. We’ll get it sorted ASAP.

  • Use the in-app chat (bottom right corner of the screen)

  • Please include:

  • Your full name and email used to register

  • A screenshot or confirmation of payment (if available)

  • A brief description of the issue
