How to cancel your subscription

We’re sorry to see you go—but we’ve made it easy to cancel your Arena Pro subscription at any time. Here’s how to do it in just a few steps.


🔽 How to cancel your subscription

  1. Log into your Arena account

  2. Click on the Account button in the bottom left side of your screen

  3. Click on the Billing tab

  4. Select the Arena Plan and click Downgrade

  5. Confirm your cancellation in the pop-up prompt

⚠️ Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. After that, your account will revert to the Free plan and you won’t be charged again.


💬 What happens after cancellation?

  • You’ll retain access to premium features until your billing period ends

  • Your data (profile, job posts, messages) will be saved

  • You can re-upgrade at any time—your settings will still be there
