💵 Refund policy overview
- Subscription fees for Arena Pro plans are generally non-refundable once payment is processed. 
- You can cancel your subscription at any time to avoid future charges, but previous payments are not automatically refunded. 
- If you believe you were charged in error or experienced technical issues that affected your paid access, please contact us. 
🛠 How to request a refund
If you think your situation warrants a refund:
- Email us at support@arenatalent.com with the subject line “Refund Request” 
- Include your full name, the email linked to your Arena account, and details about the charge 
- Explain the reason for your refund request 
Our team will review your case and respond within 1 business day.

- Always check your billing and subscription status in Account > Billing 
- Contact support promptly if you encounter issues to increase the chances of resolution 
- For questions about charges from third-party payment processors (Apple, Google, etc.), please check their refund policies as well
