💵 Refund policy overview
Subscription fees for Arena Pro plans are generally non-refundable once payment is processed.
You can cancel your subscription at any time to avoid future charges, but previous payments are not automatically refunded.
If you believe you were charged in error or experienced technical issues that affected your paid access, please contact us.

If you think your situation warrants a refund:
Email us at support@arenatalent.com with the subject line “Refund Request”
Include your full name, the email linked to your Arena account, and details about the charge
Explain the reason for your refund request
Our team will review your case and respond within 1 business day.
