In order for your ARI Athletics CRM to be fully functional, the following one-time set up steps need to be completed by your IT Department:

Domain Authentication

Sending individual and mass emails is a key feature to the ARI Athletic CRM. In order for this to work properly, and to improve email deliverability, Domain Authentication must be configured following the instruction at the link below:

Adding noreply@arirecruiting.com to safe sender list

Users of ARI are often sent notification emails from noreply@arirecruting.com. To ensure deliverability of these emails, please add noreply@arirecruting.com to your safe sender list for all users of your email domain.

Allowing Gmail Add-on or Outlook Add-in

ARI Email add-ons (Gmail Add-on or Outlook Add-in, depending on your email provider) are a key feature which allows coaches to efficiently recruit student-athletes directly from their email inbox. If add-ons must be approved by campus IT, please allow the corresponding add-on for your email provider to be installed by users at your institution. See more information about ARI's add-ons at the links below:

Single Sign-On (SSO)

ARI offers Single Sign-On (SSO) via SAML 2.0. We will work with your IT staff to configure SSO for your institution. Email support@arirecruiting.com if you would like to set up SSO.
