How do I add items to my case?

All the styles you see on your home feed are available to rent. If you'd like to see more styles vs your home feed recommendations, use the Search bar (magnify icon) to view more of our inventory. Click onto the styles you'd like to rent and you'll see the add to case button. Once your case is filled, click the confirm button to lock in your order.


I would like a stylist to fill my first case. How do I submit my request?

Go to your case section and hit the Request Stylist Case button. You will then be prompted to answer a few questions and note details that will assist the stylist. Please be sure to be as detailed as possible, as we want to make sure we get your first case right! You can include details like preferred colors, types of outfits (e.g., casual, business), and specific clothing requests in your styling notes. Specify any sizing preferences or particular style goals to ensure the stylist aligns the curated collection with your expectations. Once a stylist completes your case, you will not be able to make changes to it.


I don't see the stylist case request button in my case. Where is it?

Your case items need to be marked as returning (swapped) in order for the button to appear. Go to your case section and hit the swap button, mark all the items you'd like to return, so your slots open fully. If you plan to keep any items longer, those slots will be deducted from your base amount. Before submitting your request, be sure the correct amount of slots are showing in the selected tab, as we only see the amount of slots you submit in your request.
