Step 1: Open Your Case
Log in to your Armoire account.
Go to “Your Case” by selecting the suitcase icon to view the items currently in your case.
Step 2: Select Items to Swap
Click the “Swap” option in your case.
Select the items you want to return or swap.
Step 3: Pick Items for Your New Case
Browse the items available in your closet.
Add the items you want to your case.
Step 4: Review Your Case
Make sure your swaps are correctly reflected in your current case.
Check that the total number of items does not exceed your plan’s allowed slots.
Step 5: Confirm Your Swap
Submit your updated case to finalize your selections.
Step 6: Wait for Your New Items
Your new items will be shipped within 1 business day.
Track your shipment if tracking is available.
Step 7: Prepare Items for Return
Send back the items you are returning within 24 hours of receiving your new case.
Follow the included instructions for shipping your items back.
Tip: You can also purchase Bonus Items to add extra pieces to your case if you want more than your base plan allows.
FAQ
I swapped items but my case only shows one slot. I’m confused — can you help?
Go to your case, click the With You tab, and hit the “Swap Items” button. You’ll be prompted to select the items you’re returning and write reviews if needed. Once completed, those items move to the Returning tab, and your case slots will open up so you can select new items.
I don’t see the swap button anymore and need to mark an item as returning. What should I do?
The swap button only appears when you have an available case. To mark an item as returning, please reach out via chat or email at hi@armoire.style.
I’d like to keep an item I marked as returning. How can I edit my case?
You can add items back into your case from the Returning section. Click “Edit Return Items”, select the items you want to keep, and confirm. They will move back to the With You section of your case.
