This knowledge-base is exclusive only to customers who got ArtHelper Pro via https://services.artstorefronts.com or when signing up with ASF. This is not applicable to users who purchased from the ArtHelper web application itself.
Why does it ask for my billing information when I already paid?
To activate Pro and unlock its premium features, you need to complete the activation process. You won’t be charged as long as you enter the promo code correctly.
Where do I enter the promo code?
First, ensure you are logged into app.arthelper.ai—not your ASF site manager. The promo code field appears during the upgrade process.
Why isn’t my promo code working?
Make sure you are selecting the Pro plan (rightmost column) and not the Growth plan (middle column). The promo code is valid only for the Pro plan.
I completed the transaction, and it shows $0, but I’m still not on Pro. Why?
Did you click the Subscribe button? The upgrade process isn’t complete until you click it. Try again, and let us know if the issue persists.
Why does my account still show as free after I activated Pro?
Try logging out and back in to refresh your account status. If that doesn’t work, clear your browser cache or open the web application in a different browser.
How do I know if my Pro plan is active?
You’ll know your Pro plan is active if you can access all premium Sparks, especially those at the bottom. Additionally, in the Billing section, the "Upgrade" button will be replaced with your active Pro plan details.
Why does it say my phone number is incorrect?
Check if the US flag appears next to your phone number. If not, click the flag and select the correct country flag.
Why does my next renewal date show next year when I paid for two/three years?
Don’t worry! Since you entered the two/three-year promo code, you won’t be charged at the next renewal date—it’s just a system display.
Is my subscription set to auto-renew?
Yes, the subscription renews automatically. If you don’t want to continue, you’ll need to cancel before your next charge date.
When did my billing start?
Your subscription starts on the day you successfully upgrade or activate your Pro plan.
