How to Set Up Your Free Print Giveaway Landing Page & Confirmation Email
Running a free print giveaway is one of the most effective ways to grow your audience and increase engagement. We recommend hosting a giveaway at least once every 3 months (or even monthly if possible).
Follow the steps below to get your giveaway set up from start to finish.
Step 1: Choose Your Giveaway Details
Before building your page, decide on the following:
Choose the print you want to give away
Set the duration of your giveaway (typically 2 weeks)
Capture visuals (photo or video) of your artwork
Write a description of the print
Example Description:
24" x 20" sheer matte exhibit mount metal print of "Samuel Beckett III" by Mathieu Laca, signed on the back (Value: $260 USD)
Step 2: Create a New Form Page
Go to your Site Manager
Click “ADD PAGE”
Enter a name for your page
Select “Form” as the page type
Click “CREATE”
Step 3: Clean Up the Form
Locate the “Message” field
Click “Delete” to remove it
This keeps your form clean and focused on entries only.
Step 4: Configure Page Settings
Click on the “Info” tab
Set the page to NOT appear in navigation
Set the page as a Landing Page
Enter your email address in the designated field
Step 5: Add Your Landing Page Content
Lead Content (Top Section)
Add a short, clear message like this:
Hey everyone! I'm giving away a signed [00" x 00"] [media type] print of ["piece's name"] (Value of $XXX).
To enter, fill in your name and email address below.
The winner will be announced on [enter date]
Ending Content (Bottom Section)
Add this message:
I'll follow up in an email to confirm your entry.
If you don't see a confirmation email, check your spam folder.
Step 6: Enable Confirmation Email
Make sure “Send Confirmation Email” is turned ON
Subject Line
You're officially entered to win a free print!
Email Content
Thanks for entering my giveaway, you're officially in the running to win a [00 x 00"] print of [title of piece]!
I'll announce the winner on [enter date]
Good luck!
Your Name
Step 7: Save Your Progress
Click the “SAVE” button to ensure all changes are applied.
Step 8: Create a Contact Segment
Scroll to “Apply Contacts to Segments”
Click “ADD”
Enter a name for your segment
Click “CREATE”
Step 9: Apply Your Segment to the Page
Go back to Site Manager
Open your Giveaway Page
Scroll to the Segment section
Check the box next to your segment
Click “SAVE”
Step 10: Promote Your Giveaway
Once your page is live:
Send an email campaign to your audience
Share on social media
Encourage people to enter and share
