Art Storefronts offers multiple options for exporting orders. We covered how to export a CSV in our article How To: Export Order CSV Files for Us with Quickbooks or Other Software. In this article, though, we’re going to cover how to export orders using an XML file and we’ll briefly touch on a company who accepts XML exports and uploads. This is a feature that can be used by anyone on an Art Storefronts website.
Log in to you Art Storefronts Control Panel and in the Jump To Menu, select the option labeled Orders.
Click on the button labeled Export.
Select a Start Date.
Select and End Date. Be sure you don’t try to export too much information at once. We recommend no more than a month at a time.
Under Order Status, choose the option that best fits your needs. You’ll only being exporting orders that have been completed.
For File Type, select XML.
Click on Export.
Navigate to your e-mail and find the Order e-mail.
Click the link labeled Click Here to Download Your File. This will download your XML File.
After that, you’ll be able to open your XML file and review the orders you just exported.
