Your Co-Pilot posts and emails will not go out until this is completed.
As a result of recent Meta updates, all Co-Pilot users MUST manually reconnect their social media accounts to Co-Pilot in order to continue to receiving Tasks. We cannot do this for you because it requires your Facebook login.
If you have not done so already, follow along with the video tutorial below to complete the re-connection and continue receiving your content from Co-Pilot.
Art Storefronts Recommendation: Use Chrome browser. If you use Safari to re-connect your social media accounts, and you experience issues, switch to Chrome and try again.
Your Facebook and Instagram are disconnected?
If you followed the video but you have an issue where your Facebook and Instagram are disconnected, please follow these instructions:
1. Log into your Facebook and click on your Account
2. Click on Meta Business Suite
3. Next, click Settings
4. From Settings, navigate to Business Assets, and then Instagram Accounts. Note: If you don't see 'Business Assets', it might be called 'Accounts' so if you see that, click on 'Accounts' and from there navigate to Instagram Accounts.
5. Next, click Login needed
6. Again, click on Log In
7. Again, click on Log In
8. Here you will need to enter your password and click Log In
9. Next, click Save Info
