If you change your Fulfillment Vendor, you may need to reconfigure your media, markups, and style options immediately. CAUTION: When switching to Nelson Fine Art, wholesale pricing is adjusted to CAD. It's important to check your site's currency display settings, as this can further impact pricing on the front end of your website. When switching to Bay Photo, your medium and markup settings will reset, and you will need to reconfigure these settings to align with Bay Photo’s catalog. Bay Photo offers unique features such as cart-based shipping calculations, flat shipping for prints up to 30x40", and superior packaging and presentation. Changing fulfillment vendors is a significant decision, and we strongly recommend consulting with our team before making any changes. Workflow for Vendor-Fulfilled vs. Self-Fulfilled Orders
Bay Photo supports both vendor-fulfilled and self-fulfilled workflows:
Vendor-Fulfilled (Print-on-Demand): Orders are automatically sent to Bay Photo, which handles printing, packaging, and shipping directly to your customers.
Self-Fulfilled: You receive the order, manually place it with Bay Photo, and manage shipping yourself. Many artists use a mix of both workflows on their site.

Finishing Options: A wider range of finishing options is available.
Shipping: Uses a cart-based shipping calculation and ships flat for “just the print” items up to 30x40".

Open up your Site Manager, and select the Site Settings tab.
On the Site Settings tab, select Set Fulfillment Vendor.
Select the Fulfillment Vendor you'd like to use from the dropdown box.
Click the Change Fulfillment Vendor button, and your Fulfillment Vendor will change!
