If there’s an issue with USDT

We chose USDT because it has a solid reputation as a stablecoin. However, just like any currency, things can sometimes go wrong—and since we’re just users of it (not the creators), we don’t have control over how it operates. You can learn more about how USDT (aka Tether) works here.

If something’s not quite right with your artwork or “Meet the Artist”

Think of Artega like cash—it’s private, easy to use, and relies on trust between you and the person you’re sending it to.

We encourage all artists on our platform to have clear Terms & Conditions, including refund and cancellation policies, so everyone knows what to expect. However, we’re not a marketplace like Amazon or eBay, nor a directory listing site. We don’t verify users or check their identities - we simply provide powerful, privacy-first tools for creative freedom (while still expecting everyone to follow the law, of course!).

In that sense, we’re more like a website builder (think Wix or Squarespace)—giving artists the tools to showcase their work, but not getting involved in what they offer. That’s why it’s important to build a direct relationship with the artist. If there’s an issue with your artwork, the best approach is to contact them directly to work things out.

Always do your due diligence before entering a business relationship—it’s the best way to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience!
