I’ve made a new purchase and it has been flagged as suspicious by my bank

Updated yesterday

If your recent purchase with Artega through Wert has been flagged as suspicious by your bank, don’t worry! This can happen, especially if it’s your first time using Wert or shopping with Artega.

Why this might happen

Wert - our trusted payment processor - is the trading name that will appear on your transaction. Since it may not be familiar, your bank might block the payment as a precaution. You may also see "SHA2 SOLUTIONS OU" appear on your transaction statements, which is Wert’s registered Estonian office address. Read more about Wert here.

What to do

  1. Hold off on trying the purchase again right away. Multiple attempts in quick succession can make it more likely to be flagged.

  2. Give your bank a quick call to confirm it was you making the purchase. They can usually clear it up on the spot.

  3. Once your bank has unblocked it, you can go ahead and try the transaction again.

After your purchase

You’ll receive two confirmation emails:

  • One from Wert

  • One from Artega

These usually arrive within a few minutes of completing your order. Here’s what appears on your bank statement once you’ve made the purchase.

If you need any help, we’re here for you! You can reach out through the chat box in the bottom right corner, or email us at support@s.arte.ga, we’ll be happy to assist.
