Once you’ve obtained your purchase link, you’ll confirm the offering you wish to pay for and provide a few essential details. Artega operates on data minimalism principles - we only ask for the information we need to deliver a straightforward, secure service.
What information do we collect?
Name and email:
We ask for your name and email address. This minimal data allows us to:

Our Artega team uses this information to assist with any payment-related queries and to send you important notifications.
Deliver your public keys:
After payment is confirmed, you'll receive a confirmation email saying that your proof of agreement has been recorded on the blockchain. If you’ve created a wallet using Artega, we’ll include your public key in the confirmation email, which you can use to view your proof of agreement on the blockchain. If you’ve used an existing wallet, your public key will also be included in the confirmation email.
Send calendar confirmations:
This helps keep your payment details and your scheduled appointments up to date, which you will later be able to edit and cancel.
Inform the practitioner:
Your chosen practitioner will see this information to track who is making a payment. If they have enabled the Schedule Appointment feature, your details will be added to their diary.
Note:
Artega is not a payment processor. You can use your online handle as your name, it does not have to match the name on your payment card since payment processing is handled independently by our payment partner, Wert.

When you make a payment through Artega or edit your appointment, you browse and pay as a guest - no Artega account is created.

Offering name and image:
Ensure that the offering’s name and image match your expectations. This information will be used to generate your proof of agreement, recorded on the blockchain.
Add notes for the practitioner:
If the practitioner has offered to meet you or if you have any special instructions or questions, add a note in the provided section.
When all your details are correct, click Confirm.
By proceeding, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the offering details carefully. Your proof of agreement will be delivered to your wallet once payment is confirmed.
