If you’re an artist and would like to permanently delete your Artega account, you can do so directly from your Artist Dashboard by following the steps below.
Please note: Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone.
Step-by-step: Deleting your artist account
1. Log in to your Artega account
Log in to your Artega account here using your email address and password.
Once logged in, you’ll be taken to your Artist Dashboard.
2. Open your profile settings
Click on your profile picture in the dashboard.
A menu will appear.
Select ‘My Profile.’
3. Go to the danger zone
Scroll to the bottom of the My Profile page.
Under the section titled ‘Danger zone’ you’ll see the option to delete your account.
4. Confirm account deletion
Click ‘Delete account.’
A pop-up will appear asking you to confirm your decision.
If you’re sure you want to proceed:
Enter your account password
Click ‘Delete my account.’
Your Artega artist account will then be deleted.
What happens after deletion?
Your Artega artist account and associated data will be permanently removed.
You will no longer be able to log in or access your Artist Dashboard.
