At the moment, the only way to access your Wert account is by starting the payment process - you’ll stop before making a purchase though. You won’t be charged unless you confirm a transaction.

Here’s how to log in and manage your Wert account details:
Logging into your Wert account
At checkout, enter your mobile number when prompted.
Tap ‘Send Code’ – Wert will send you a 4-digit one-time passcode (OTP) via SMS.
Enter the code to confirm it’s you, and you’ll be taken to the ‘Confirm your purchase’ screen.

Accessing your Wert profile
You can access your Wert account at any time:
Tap the menu icon (three lines) in the top-right corner.
Select ‘Profile’ from the menu.
In your profile, you’ll find:
Your full name, phone number, and registered email address
To change the email address where Wert sends your receipts, tap the pencil icon next to your email.
Your Wert profile is linked to the phone number you used when registering. If you need to change your phone number, please contact Wert’s support team at support@wert.io.

Viewing and increasing your limits
Wert applies spending limits based on your account verification status. In the Profile section, you'll see your current limits.
To increase these limits (allowing you to use multiple cards or make higher-value purchases) tap ‘Increase limits’.
You’ll need to complete identity verification by uploading a valid photo ID and taking a selfie.
Viewing your purchase history
In your Profile, you can also view your transaction history:
The last three purchases are displayed by default.
Tap the arrow next to ‘Last 3 purchases’ to view your full order history.

Payment methods & support
Scroll further down in your profile to:
View or manage your payment methods
Contact Wert via the built-in chat or email buttons
Closing your Wert profile & deleting your data
If you want to permanently close your Wert account and have your data deleted:
Scroll to the bottom of your Profile.
Tap ‘Profile Closure and Data Deletion’.
Once you select ‘Yes, Close my Wert Profile’, your profile will be deleted immediately in line with GDPR regulations.
