When editing the inventory captions for your account, you can choose to customize your own captions or apply the organization-wide captions.
Organization-wide captions:
Step 1: In the top-right corner, select your account name > Settings.
Step 2: On the settings page, go to Organizations > Inventory > Caption Formatter.
Step 3: Under Inventory Caption Formatter, select View available caption fields.
Step 4: In the Caption Formatter text box, remove, add and reorder captions as desired, then select Save Changes.
User-specific captions:
Step 1: On the same settings page, go to Account > Inventory > Caption Formatter.
Step 2: Check the box to apply and edit your personal captions. In the Caption Formatter text box, edit the captions as desired, then select Save Changes.
