If you need to remove existing shutters from a 3D design for any reason, you can do that easily within Workspace.
Note: Shutters can only be removed, or restored in Workspace if they were present on the structure at the time of the exterior scan. Structures without shutters cannot have them added.
How to remove pre-existing shutters
Open the 3D model from the Project Details Page
Click on Shutters at the top of the left side panel
Click Remove shutters
The shutters will disappear from the 3D model, and the Shutters category will disappear from the side panel.
Need to restore the shutters? Simply click the Undo icon:
