You now have the ability to import artworks using a URL link, which will make it easier for you and save you time.
With this feature, you can quickly import a work into your space by simply providing the URL link to a product page from another website.
Thanks to artificial intelligence technology, the information (title, artist, dimensions, description, etc.) and images from the page are automatically extracted to pre-fill a work record, which is then saved in your "Drafts" section.
In the "Artworks" tab, you'll find the 'Quick artwork import' option.
You will be offered two options: import via a link or import using an Excel file.
Click on "Continue with URL".
Paste the link to the artwork page you want to import (for example, a product page from an online gallery).
The system will analyze the page and extract the relevant information (this may take around 20 to 30 seconds).
Select the visuals you wish to import and choose the main image.
The collected information will automatically be uploaded and you will find it in the “In Progress” section.
You can either access your draft or import a new artwork.
Make sure to review the information and complete any missing fields before submitting the work.
✅ For a successful import:
- The page must contain a single work
- It must be in the same language and currency as your Artsper account
❌ To avoid:
- Social network links
- Pages containing several works
- Websites that block data extraction
- Visuals that are not compatible (.jpg only)
If the link is not compatible, a message with the words ‘Errors’ will be displayed
