The steps to fill the artwork form

Updated over 3 months ago

1. General

The menu on the left (General; Photos; Classifications ...) allows you to follow the progress of the steps (a completed section appears with a tick ✔️).

The inserts on the right, "tool tips", are there to help you! Click on them to get additional information.

To enter the artist's name, select from our suggestions (artists you have recently added) or use the drop-down menu and its search bar. You can add a new artist if it is not present.

Add the date of creation of the work. If you don't know it exactly you can select the "Circa" button.

2. Photos

You can upload up to 15 photos! For each of them, select the corresponding type of visual (front, back, signature, material...)

3. Classification

We suggest you the most used tags, themes and mediums of the selected artist. However you can search and add those of your choice thanks to the drop-down menu.

4. Details

You must indicate the number of copies available for your work as well as the type of signature and its description. Please note that we do not accept open editions and editions of more than 300 copies must be signed by the artist.

5. Price

Choose a fair price and select whether you want it to be negotiable or hidden.

If you choose it to be negotiable, clients will be able to make offers on your artworks.

How does it work?

You can activate / deactivate this feature on your works by clicking on the "Negotiable price" button:

Capture_d_e_cran_2022-09-06_a__12.53.42.png

You then have the possibility to define a floor price for your works (minimum amount for an offer to be placed online).

You are free to define your minimum price! You can indicate that the negotiation is possible until -50% or on the contrary limit it to -10% of the price of the work.

If you don't set a minimum price, it will be automatically set by Artsper at -15% of the price of the artwork.

On the site, the collector must pay the offer by credit card for it to be valid and for you to receive it. So if you receive an offer it means that we already have the payment.

You are of course free to accept the offer or propose a counter offer. Once the offer has been accepted, the order is processed like any other.

NB: Works with a price below 800 EUR/USD cannot be negotiated.

6. Shipping

Choose a delivery time and the address where the work is located. The delivery time will be displayed on the page of the work on the site, visible to customers. It is therefore imperative that you keep to the deadlines you indicate because customers order the works according to the deadlines displayed.

If you have the slightest delay, please contact us at the following address: support@artsper.com

The location of the artwork is important in order to calculate the delivery costs, for the option of collection from the gallery and to inform customers if customs charges will apply to their order.

Artsper suggests shipping costs that correspond to the amount most likely to be accepted by the collector, according to the delivery zones ( domestic, zone 1, zone 2, zone 3). These suggestions increase your chances of selling!

NB:

With a Free Limited subscription, you are limited to twenty active works on your profile. If you wish to add a new work, you can add it as a draft, but for it to become visible on the marketplace you must deactivate works among your active works, so that is no longer visible.
