There are several reasons why your work is not online:

  1. You may not have entered all the information required to put the work online. In this case, the work is in the "In progress" category. Click on the "Edit" action button to see the missing information, and then click on "Submit work".

  2. If you have clicked on "Submit work" but your work has not yet appeared on the site, it's because your work has not yet been validated by our services: we check each work before putting it online to correct any errors (typos, poor photo quality, etc.). Works awaiting validation are listed in the "Pending approval" gallery. It takes about two working days to validate your work. Once your work has been validated, it will appear in the "Active" section.

  3. If you have a Free Limited subscription, you are limited to twenty active works on your profile. If you wish to add a new work, you can add it as a draft, but for it to become visible on the marketplace you must exchange it with an active work and deactivate it to replace it with your deactivated or draft works.
