1. Personalize your catalogue display
You can display your catalogue either in miniature or in the form of a list.
You can make quick changes to multiple artworks at the same time by selecting artworks to add promotions, change prices, modify delivery times or indicate that an artwork has been sold.
Choose filters and create your own catalogue by personalizing columns according to your chosen criterias (price, number of added to baskets, number added to wishlists, mediums, and location.)
Find your artworks easily with filters according to their status, category, medium, themes, artists, availability or if they are on promotion, in wishlists or baskets...
2. Carry out multiple actions on your catalogue
Choose the artworks you want to modify (by clicking on the white square to the left of the artwork icon in the list format, or at the top left in the miniature artwork) and apply the desired changes.
The multi-action options now available:
confirming availability
changing delivery times
making artwork available or unavailable
changing prices
removing artworks
create a portfolio
New actions are now available via the action panel, such as:
confirming availability
changing delivery times
hiding prices
indicating statuses such as negociable, non-negociable or sold
3. Familiarise yourself with the color coding
The color code indicates the status of your artworks.
A miniature photo of the artwork is also visible in your inventory.
