You can edit your own invoices and certificates in your gallery account!

You have two tools in your account:

  1. The first one allows you to edit your invoices.
    You will have to fill in your legal information, such as your SIREN or your share capital, in the ‘invoice template’ section of your profile, to make them appear on the invoice. As soon as you validate the follow-up of an order, you will be able to click on ‘Use my personalised template’ and we will automatically generate your invoice with all the necessary information.

  2. The second will allow you to edit your certificates.
    The process is the same as for invoices. You will have to enter your legal information in the ‘certificate template’ section, then when you validate the delivery of an order, you will be able to choose to edit your certificate via Artsper. Be careful however, this will have to be signed and stamped in the case of a certificate coming from your gallery and signed by the artist’s hand if it is an artist’s certificate.

Of course, you still have the option to upload your own documents if you prefer.
