To search for loads posted on 123Loadboard, you'll need a 123Loadboard account.

Simply click the link provided below to start your FREE, 30-day trial, or call 877-875-5301, ext. 1 to sign up to one of their membership plans.

Once your account has been created, return to this Help Guide and follow the easy steps (below) to start searching 123Loadboard right away!

If you already have an account with 123Loadboard, please follow the few easy steps below.

Begin by clicking the Settings menu found on the lower-left side of your screen.

Locate the AscendTMS Plans, Features and Billing Details area and click on the Add or Edit Load Source Settings link.

Select My Company Load Source Settings (this option will likely be pre-selected for you). These are the load source settings that will be shared by everyone in your organization.

From there, locate the 123Loadboard Load Searching section and click on "Connect to 123Loadboard"

You will be prompted to enter your 123Loadboard Email Address and Password. Once entered, click "Sign in".

A new "authentication" screen will pop-up.

Once authenticated, you're all set! You will now see that you are now connected to 123Loadboard for Load Searching.
