Load Searching

AscendTMS integration with DAT Solutions is complete for all of your load searching needs! DAT One Standard, DAT One Enhanced, DAT One Pro, DAT One Select and DAT One Office carriers can log into their AscendTMS and search the industry’s largest database of loads as they would inside their DAT online account or DAT app.

To search loads posted on DAT, you'll need a DAT account. If you're not currently subscribed to DAT for load searching, please click the link below to get started.

If you already have an account with DAT, please follow the few easy steps below.

NOTE: If you have individual user logins for DAT and wish to connect each user login, scroll down to the Connect Your Individual User Logins section.

Connect Your DAT Account for Your Company

To enable your DAT load searching integration, please contact DAT at 1-800-547-5417 to ensure your DAT Connexion flag has turned on and request an email containing your DAT Connexion credentials be sent to you.

After you have verified that Connexion has been enabled on your DAT account, and you have received your Connexion enabled credentials (login info), you're ready to connect your DAT and AscendTMS accounts for load searching.

Begin by clicking on the Settings menu button found on the lower-left side of your screen.

Locate the AscendTMS Plans, Features and Billing Details area and click on the Add or Edit Load Source Settings link.

Select My Company Load Source Settings (this option will likely be pre-selected for you). These are the load source settings that will be shared by everyone in your organization.

Locate the DAT Load Posting and Searching section, enter your DAT Connexion enabled DAT Login and Password and click Save, and start searching loads right away!

Connect Your Individual User Logins

Begin by clicking the User Settings button found on the upper-right corner of your screen, and select My Personal Load Source Settings.

These are your individual load source settings, NOT shared by everyone in your organization.

From there, simply enter your individual DAT Login and Password, click Save and start searching loads right away!

NOTE: this action will need to be performed by each user wishing to connect their individual login credentials.
