At Tia, you have the option to see the same provider for continuity in your care, allowing you to build a relationship. However, you may also see different providers based off appointment types. To identify which physician assisted you, refer to your Care Plan. Care Coordinators may vary as well depending who works on your care plan and responds to CWCT messages.
