Once you create an email template, you can reuse it across one or multiple surveys — for example, for follow-up emails, emails containing a coupon code, or emails asking customers to complete a survey after a Shopify order.
Steps
Navigate to Email templates in the Asklayer dashboard.
Click Create a new template.
Click Use this on the template closest to your needs.
Enter a name for the template and click Create.
Customize the template content using the left-side editor bar.
Save the template. It's now ready to assign as a follow-up email.
