Branding removal is only available on Professional plans and above.
The "Powered by Asklayer" notice shown on your survey can be hidden by upgrading your plan and changing a setting.
Steps
In the content editor, go to "Design settings" and check "Hide Asklayer branding".
This removes the "Powered by Asklayer" branding from your survey.
