From the content editor, you can customize your survey's border and button colors to match your brand colors.
Steps
In the content editor, open "Design settings".
Click the "Choose color" button to open the color palette.
Select the color you want to use. The selected color will be applied to the border and buttons on every page of the survey.
Note: The font cannot be changed.
