In the content editor, go to the 'Page content' section. Below the 'Page heading' you will find the 'Answers' section, where you'll be able to add and remove answers.

Clicking 'Add new option' will create a new customizable answer slot in your survey, reflected in the preview window.

Checking the 'Custom answer' box will add an option for users to enter a unique answer other than the ones provided. The placeholder and button text can be changed as desired.

Click and drag the double ellipses icon beside each answer to manually change the order they appear in the survey.

Click 'Delete' to the right of an answer to remove it from the question.
