If a coupon isn't displaying correctly or shows placeholder text, it's usually because the coupon hasn't been configured yet on that survey page.
Things to check first
- Does the coupon display area show "NOT SET"? This indicates the coupon has not been configured yet.
- Are you checking the correct page? Coupons are configured per page, not per survey.
Diagnostic steps
Open the survey editor and go to the page where the coupon is placed.
Click the 'Edit' button next to the coupon code field.
Set the actual coupon code (or connect it to your coupon integration, if applicable), then save.
Preview or retest the survey and confirm the configured coupon code is shown instead of the placeholder.
If it's still not resolved
If the coupon field still shows "NOT SET" after saving, or the coupon code doesn't reach respondents, please contact Asklayer support with the survey name and a screenshot of the coupon page in the editor.
