📣 We’ve rolled out an important update on your instance to simplify the creation and management of your training in the Didask Studio.

What’s new for you:

All your content is now fully editable within the project!

🔄 Before / After

Before: Separation between “Project” and “Publication”

Before this update, content creation followed two distinct steps:

1️⃣ Project: You added modules and micro-units (granules), but they remained separate and had to be assembled later into a publication.

2️⃣ Publication: You then had to organize your modules into chapters and prepare the learner preview separately before finalizing the course.

This fragmented workflow required multiple back-and-forth steps and extended the creation process.

🚀 After: All your content managed directly within the project

With this update, everything is now centralized within your project 🙌.

Key changes:

1️⃣ Simplified view: You can see your entire course structure (modules, chapters, granules) at a glance.

2️⃣ Unified settings: All settings (final assessment, previews, etc.) are accessible and editable directly within the project. No need to go through a separate publication phase to adjust everything.

3️⃣ Instant preview: You can access the learner preview without creating a publication- allowing you to quickly validate your content.

The benefits for you: Simpler, smoother experience and easier control.

1. Significant time savings

The creation process is now faster and more streamlined. Fewer steps and better integration of all elements allow you to finalize projects in record time. No more back-and-forth between different phases!

👁️ 2. Improved clarity

By centralizing everything in the project, you benefit from a clear, instant overview of your course structure. This makes it easier to track the progress of each module and monitor changes in real time.

🔧 3. Greater flexibility

Thanks to this centralization, you can make adjustments anytime - edit a module, change an assessment, or revise content - everything can be managed directly within the project without requiring an intermediate publication.
