🆕 Studio > Upload a video (.mp4, .webm, .mov, etc.)

Within the Studio, when creating an Information Granule or an Exercise Granule, you can now directly upload videos to your granules—alongside the existing embed option.

⚙️ How does it work?

Use the Video mode or Free mode in the advanced granule editor:

Click on “Upload a video”
Select and upload the video of your choice

Max size per video: 2GB
Available storage on your platform: 150GB
Supported formats: mp4, webm, mov, avi, wmv, gif

🔍 Improved learner activity logs

This update also enhances learner tracking:

Video via embed link: When a video is embedded, the system cannot detect whether it's being played. This may trigger the inactivity modal after 15 minutes.
Video via direct upload: When uploading videos directly in the Studio, the system detects whether the learner is actively watching—preventing unnecessary disconnections.

🆕 Administration > Export a (filtered) user list 🔎

From the Administration tab under Users and Groups, you can now export an Excel file (.xlsx) containing the list of all users currently visible on screen.

🔢 Filtering and customization options

👉 Available filters: Filter users by the following criteria:
• Status (active/inactive)
• Role (administrator, learner, facilitator, etc.)
• Groups (learner groups, training groups, etc.)

👉 Manual selection: You can also manually select specific users to tailor your export.

🔎 Data included in the export

The exported Excel file includes the following details:

User ID
Last name
First name
Email address
Date of creation
Last updated date
Deactivation date (if applicable)

💡 Please note:

If you manage multiple training spaces, it's not possible to export users across the entire platform in a single action. The export must be done space by space.
