If you want to create a project from a document import, it is now possible in the new Didask Studio!

This Beta feature allows you to design your training content faster with Didask’s artificial intelligence, which automatically structures your material into chapters, modules, and granules.

💡 How does it work?

👉 Just follow these steps:

1️⃣ Create a project in the new Didask Studio.
2️⃣ Import your document from the project creation page.
3️⃣ Didask AI will analyze your document and automatically break it down into modules and granules.

🌟 What this feature brings you:

  • Quick, automated structuring of your content.

  • A ready-to-use first draft of your project in just a few minutes.

  • The flexibility to adjust and refine the structure after generation.

🚀 Key improvements:

With this new Beta feature, several enhancements have been made for a smoother experience:

  • More intuitive structuring: Improved chapter and module segmentation for a clearer outline.

  • Better title detection: Ensure your headers are used correctly to support logical organization.

  • Real-time structure preview: See how your document is broken down as it's processed.

  • Multiple suggestions: The AI can offer different ways of structuring-choose the one that suits you best.

⚠️ Usage tips and notes:

  • Retry the structuring: Results may vary with each attempt, so feel free to run the AI generation multiple times.

  • Images from document must be manually re-added: Images in your document won’t be included in granules automatically.

  • PowerPoint notes are ignored: Only slide content is analyzed-comments are not taken into account.

🔍 What types of documents work best?

To ensure optimal results, we recommend using well-structured documents.

Best performance with:

  • Documents with clear, easily identifiable titles (through size or formatting)

  • Numbered documents (e.g., I., II., A.)

  • Consistently structured materials, such as well-organized slide decks

🚫 Lower performance with:

  • Documents with complex formatting (e.g., margin notes, nested text, busy charts)

  • Documents lacking clear titles or with hard-to-identify headings (e.g., low contrast text, title embedded in images)

  • Slides made of only keywords, with no contextual information

📌 Supported formats and file size:

Accepted formats: pdf, pptx, ppt, doc, docx, pages, key, odt, odp
Maximum file size: 30MB
