How to set up and access your Billing Portal with At Last
At Last has partnered with Stripe to provide a streamlined and secure billing experience for our customers. Managing your account and payments has never been easier.
Follow these simple steps to get started.
1. Navigate to your Billing tab.
Log in to your dashboard by going to [https://business.atlast.co] and click on the Billing tab.
Click on the Subscription tab and then on the Subscription & invoices button. This will direct you to Stripe, where you can set up your account for billing.
2. Access the Login Page and enter your billing email
You will see a page similar to the screenshot below:
You will need to login with the finance/account holder email address that was on your contract when you registered and onboarded with At Last.
Click on the Send button. This will send a login link to your email.
3. Check Your Email for Your Login Link
Check your email and Click on the Log in to your customer portal button within the email. Note that the link will be active for only 30 minutes.
The email message will be from "At Last". The subject line will indicate that it is for accessing your customer portal.
4. Access Your Customer Portal
Clicking the link in your email will take you to your customer portal where you can manage various aspects of your account:
Here, you can view your current subscription details, payment methods, and billing information.
5. Add a Payment Method
To add a new payment method, click on Add payment method. You will be presented with options to enter your bank details or card information.
Bank Details:
Fill in your bank details such as email, sort code, account number, and full name.
Card Details:
Enter your card information including card number, expiry date, CVC, country, and postal code.
Once all information is filled out correctly, click Add to save the payment method.
6. Update Billing Information
To update your billing information, navigate to the Billing Information section and click on Update information:
Update any necessary fields such as name, billing address, or other relevant details.
Click Save to ensure your information is updated.
7. Review Your Payment and Billing Information
After adding or updating your payment method and billing information, take a moment to review all the details to ensure accuracy.
Coming back to your billing portal
You can log back into Stripe at any time to view your invoice history, which will be automatically updated in your customer portal as invoices are generated monthly. Simply navigate back to the Billing tab, click on the Subscription & invoices button and log in to your Stripe account.
