How to Use the Returns Tab in the At Last Dashboard

The Returns tab in the At Last dashboard offers a comprehensive overview of all return transactions, along with various filters and search functionalities to help you efficiently manage and analyze your data.

Columns in the Returns table

Here are the details of each column you will find in the Returns table:

  1. Return: The unique identifier for the return

  2. Order: The order number associated with the return

  3. Date: The date and time when the return was created

  4. Customer Email: The email address of the customer who initiated the return

  5. Expected Refund: The amount expected to be refunded to the customer

  6. Shipping Status: The current shipping status of the return

  7. QA Status: The current status of the Quality Assurance process for the return

  8. Refund Status: The current status of the refund

  9. Return Status: The current status of the return - either open or closed

  10. Items: The number of items included in the return.

  11. Refund Method: The method by which the refund will be processed

  12. Channel: The name of the marketplace channel if applicable

  13. Country: The country the customer is from that initiated the return

  14. Carrier: The carrier the return label is with

  15. Tracking: The tracking number for the return shipment.

  16. Merchant: The merchant associated with the return.

Filters and Search Functionalities

  1. Return: This filter allows you to search for specific return entries using the unique return identifier (what3words in the reference field of a printed label)

  2. Order: Use this filter to search for returns associated with a specific order number.

  3. Date: Filter returns based on the date they were created. This is useful for narrowing down entries to a specific timeframe.

  4. Customer Email: Search for returns linked to a particular customer’s email address.

  5. QA Status: Filter returns by their Quality Assurance (QA) status. Options include "Not started", "Draft", "Accepted", and "Rejected."

  6. Shipping Status: Use this filter to find returns based on their shipping status, such as "Awaiting", "Ready", "Shipped", "Delivered", "Cancelled", or "Failed."

  7. Refund Method: Filter returns by the refund method, whether it’s to the original payment method or Flex balance.

  8. Tracking: Search for returns using the shipment tracking number.

  9. Merchant: Filter returns based on the associated merchant.

  10. Created by: Use this filter to find returns created by a dashboard user or end user.

  11. Channel: Filter by marketplace channel

  12. Return status: Filter by open or closed return status

  13. Refund status: Filter by refund approved, rejected, or not started

Sorting

You can sort the return entries by columns such as date. Click on the "Sort by:" button on the top right-hand side of the returns tab.
