How to Use the Refunds Tab in the At Last Dashboard

The Refunds tab in the At Last dashboard provides a comprehensive overview of all refund transactions, along with various filters and search functionalities to help you efficiently manage and analyze your data.

Columns in the Refunds Tab

Here are the details of each column you will find in the Refunds tab:

  1. Refund: The unique identifier for the refund transaction.

  2. Amount: The amount to be refunded to the customer.

  3. Refund Status: The current status of the refund process.

  4. Date Updated: The date and time when the refund was last updated.

  5. Customer Email: The email address of the customer who is receiving the refund.

  6. QA Status: The current status of the Quality Assurance process for the refund.

  7. Refund Method: The method by which the refund will be processed.

  8. Merchant: The merchant associated with the refund.

  9. Parent Return: The original return entry associated with the refund.

Filters and Search Functionalities

  1. Refund: This filter allows you to search for specific refund entries using the unique refund identifier.

  2. Refund Status: Filter refunds by their current status. Options typically include "Not started," "In progress," and "Completed."

  3. Date Updated: Filter refunds based on the date they were last updated. This is useful for tracking recent changes or actions taken on refunds.

  4. Customer Email: Search for refunds linked to a particular customer’s email address.

  5. QA Status: Filter refunds by their Quality Assurance (QA) status. Options include "Not started," "In progress," and "Completed."

  6. Refund Method: Filter refunds by the method used for the refund, such as to the original payment method.

  7. Merchant: Filter refunds based on the associated merchant.

  8. Return: Use this filter to find refunds associated with specific returns.

Sorting

You can sort the entries by columns such as date. Click on the "Sort by:" button on the top right-hand side of the returns tab.
