Applying a Template

During Step 3 (Ad Content) of the Bulk Add workflow, template cards appear at the top of the panel. Click any template to auto-fill all ad copy fields (Primary Text, Headline, Description, Call to Action, Website URL, Display Link).

Tip: Templates are optional — you can always fill in fields manually. After applying a template, you can still edit any field before launching.

Saving a New Template

After filling in your ad content fields, save the configuration for future reuse:

  1. Click “Save as template” at the bottom of the Ad Content panel.

  2. Enter a Template Name and optional Description.

  3. Review the Content Preview, then click “Save”.

Managing Templates

Click “Manage” in the top-right corner of the templates section to view all saved templates. From here you can:

  • Apply — auto-fill the current ad content form

  • Edit — update any field in the template

  • Pin / Unpin — pinned templates appear as quick-access cards in the template bar; unpinned ones are only visible in Manage

  • Delete — permanently remove the template

Note: Pin your most-used templates for one-click access. Keep less common ones unpinned to reduce clutter.
