The best way to view your spreads as they will appear in print is to download the PDF and open it with Adobe Acrobat: https://get.adobe.com/reader/
When you open a PDF in this program, you can click on View > Page Display > Select 'Two Page View' or 'Two Page Scrolling' and 'Show Cover Page in Two Page View.'
Unfortunately there isn't a way to do this in Atticus at this time.
