We see errors in image orientation happen on occasion with image files and it's typically due to odd metadata being attached to the image before import.
A fix that usually works is using a photo editor like Adobe Express (Convert JPG to PNG or Convert PNG to JPG) to convert the images that are giving you this trouble to the opposite image file they currently are, and then reupload them to your account to use. So if they are jpeg images, you'll want to try converting them to png, and vice versa.
