If you are reviewing your exported PDF and noticing that your words on certain pages are appearing spaced out or separated across the page, you have "justified" turned on in your formatting settings.
To resolve this, go to your formatting settings, select the three dots next to your theme, and select "edit as new theme" if there is not already a custom theme for your book.
Next, go to print layout and untick "justified."
Save these changes to your theme, and re-export your PDF.
